Inclusive Approaches is a dedicated initiative co-led by Racial Justice Consultant, Lynette Nabbosa, and Senior Behavioural Intervention Designer, Honica Sharma-Jennings. 

We are on a mission to lead the way towards behavioural justice - the idea that all people, especially vulnerable or marginalised communities, have access to the interventions, tools and programmes that will better their lives and society. 

By embedding inclusivity and justice into behaviour change approaches, we help organisations design and develop strategies, campaigns and interventions that result in fair, equitable, and sustainable outcomes for all.

Why we need inclusive approaches

Too often, marginalised voices are excluded from the design and delivery of behaviour change interventions. Tools, schemes, and campaigns that could transform lives risk reinforcing inequalities when inclusivity isn’t prioritised. 

In today’s world:

• As we transition towards a digital future, exclusion risks widening.
• In responding to the climate crisis, vulnerable communities are often overlooked.
• When inclusivity isn’t embedded from the start, organisations inadvertently uphold systemic inequalities.
