Helping our clients deliver innovative, impactful and inclusive approaches to achieve behavioural justice
Inclusive Approaches is a new Behaviour Change initiative led by Racial Justice Consultant, Lynette Nabbosa, and Senior Behavioural Intervention Designer, Honica Sharma.
We are on a mission to lead the way towards behavioural justice - the idea that all people have access to the interventions, tools and programmes that will better their lives and society, so our most vulnerable communities don't get left behind. By including behavioural justice in behaviour change approaches, we are supporting organisations to develop strategies and campaigns which inherently result in fair, equitable opportunities and outcomes for all.
Why we need inclusive approaches
- Marginalised voices often go unheard or aren't even considered in the development process of tools, schemes, interventions or simply information that could contribute to bettering their lives
- With the move towards a digital future and emerging innovations to tackle the climate crisis, it's now more critical than ever that behaviour change approaches are inclusive
- When organisations don't invest in embedding inclusivity and justice into everything they do, they uphold inequalities in our society. Approaches that aren't inherently inclusive will leave many vulnerable communities behind.
