We have an unrivalled network of researchers that we collaborate with on a range of research approaches, including qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods. We translate findings from this research into compelling insight helping you to identify opportunities for taking action. Examples of innovative research techniques we have used before include:

  • Deep ethnography with gum litterers
  • 1:1 interviews in the home about waste and recycling behaviours, that include opportunities to see behaviour for ourselves
  • Max diff analysis to understand subconscious preferences for different framings
  • Friendship triads with mums at home to look at the realities of shopping and cooking for the family
